We’re thrilled to reintroduce to you, with a new role at PA, Laura Pearce, Advisory & Workforce Partner at Provider Assist.

Laura isn’t new to PA, she's been leading PA's workforce strategy services; including Care Minute & Workforce Strategy for PA's clients across Australia as well as managing PA's internal operations & workforce functions for several years. For the past 6 months Laura has taken on her biggest challenge to date, welcoming a baby into her family! She'll be returning from Maternity Leave on Feb 5th, into a role focusing on supporting clients across Victoria & Tasmania.

On her return from Mat Leave, she would love a conversation about what is keeping you awake at night (hopefully not a baby!) whether that be for you:

  • Workforce
  • Care Minutes
  • Clinical
  • AN-ACC
  • Accreditation
  • Allied Health

...Or all of the above!

If you would like to kick 2024 off with some ideas and plans to improve parts of your organisation, Laura would love to lock in a catch up!

Laura harnesses her wealth of consulting experience, a Masters in Business Management and works in collaboration with PA's industry leading Clinical Specialists to support Organisations to implement processes and systems to improve business viability & funding, team and individual performance and solve resourcing challenges. Laura is based in Melbourne but is a country girl at heart as she grew up and still has family in Bega, NSW. She is passionate about ensuring both regional & metro areas have access to the resources and support they need.
